This is the winner of the "World's Ugliest Dog" contest. I believe the name of the contest should now be "the World's Most Emotionally Scarring Abomination Of Nature" contest. Jeez... I've seen cuter things in zombie flicks! You could just imagine what scary little thing sounds like. I'm guessing an athsmatic crossed with 2 faulty chainsaws...
